Booking & Refund Policy
How deposits, payments, cancellations and refunds work at Shark Boat Rental.
Deposit & Payment
When you book online you pay only a €50 deposit to reserve your boat. The remaining balance of the rental price is paid in person — cash or card — when you pick up the boat at Limenaria harbour. Prices are per boat, not per person.
Cancellation by You
You can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before your rental date and receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the rental date are not eligible for a refund.
Bad Weather & Technical Problems
If we have to cancel your rental because of unsafe weather conditions or a technical problem with the boat, your deposit is always refunded in full.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, call us at +30 695 522 8955, email shark.boat.info@gmail.com, or use the contact form. Please include your booking date and the name the reservation was made under.
Other Rental Terms
- ✓Fuel is not included and is charged at the end of the rental based on actual consumption.
- ✓Late return: €60 per extra hour started.
- ✓The rental agreement must be signed in person at the harbour before departure.
